It's amazing how quickly the debate over the benefits of Twitterhas
shifted from "who's going to use it?" to "how best can weuse it?"
Gone are many of the naysayers who questioned the effectivenessof
marketing efforts on Twitter, to be replaced by legions of people
keen toexploit the technology to build their businesses and
personal networks, butwithout much of an idea of how to go about
doing that.
