In the last couple of years, LinkedIn included a new feature that
enhanced the profile of its users, allowing connections to endorse
one another for the skills we use during our jobs every day. It
allows users to compliment the work of others without writing a
full-on recommendation. And who doesn't like to see the graphical
interface matching our skills with our endorsers. It's a great
boost to the ego.
